Kader worked at ALTRAN Technologies for 5 years, where he assisted companies in the development of strategies for market penetration and business growth in global markets, and provided clients with guidance and advice on the strategic marketing planning process. He spent 3 years as Project Manager, where he was responsible for interfacing with financial institutions (Finama Private Equity, Matignon Investment, BBS Finance), pharma and biotech companies (Sanofi, Praxim). He conducted, for the financial institutions, due diligence on the background of companies, their management team, and statements and assumptions contained in their business plans, as well as extensive one-on-one interviews with management and other company personnel. He also has considerable experience with major industrial firms   (PSA, Faurecia, Siemens).

Kader Boussaha is an Engineer in industrial sciences (ENI, Tarbes, France) and holds a Master CAAE (Certificat d’Aptitude à l’Administration des Entreprises) from the Institute of Business Administration (Grenoble, France).
