Nanobiotix welcomes Dr Bernd Mühlenweg as Head of Business Development

Paris, France, February 2nd 2011 – NANOBIOTIX the leading nanomedecine company focused on cancer therapy, announced today that its team has completed a comprehensive executive research and appointed Bernd Mühlenweg, PhD, as Head of Business Development.
Based on his comprehensive experience Dr Mühlenweg will be responsible for ensuring sustainable corporate growth by establishing strategic corporate and business alliances.

Dr Mühlenweg, 39, holds a PhD in Chemistry from the Technical University of Munich. He completed his education with a Leadership program at St. Galler Business School and several M&A and negotiation workshops. He was involved in the negotiation and execution of several license and commercialization agreements and has almost 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical business development field. Dr Mühlenweg is co-author of numerous publications and 2 patents. He is a member of the Pharma Licensing Club of Germany (Pharmalizenzclub) and of the Protection Rights and Technical Contracts Committee of BioDeutschland. Most recently, Bernd served as Director Business Development of Munich based WILEX AG where he contributed significantly to acheiving WILEX leadership position in developing cancer therapeutics and diagnostics.
